OUR FOCUS IS
Massages
We offer a number of different types of massages, from deep tissue to pregnancy. Talk to our staff to find out which one is best for you.
Deep Tissue Massage
This massage is beneficial both physically and psychologically. It assists in relieving muscle pain and stiffness; it also provides stress relieving relaxation for the body and mind. Deep tissue massage techniques are mainly used to treat musculoskeletal issues, such as strains and sports injuries. Choose this massage if you are looking for a whole-body massage and the therapeutic benefits of firmer pressure.
How often should I get a deep tissue massage?
We recommended to have at least 48 hours between each massage. You should get no more than a maximum of three deep tissue treatments per week.
Remedial Massage
The health benefits of remedial massage may assist by increasing blood circulation, increasing the mobility of your joints. It also stimulates your damaged tissues to help them repair.

General maintenance massages should be every 4 - 6 weeks. Those with high activity or stress levels can have weekly or fortnightly massages.
Sports Massage
One of the main benefits of sports massage is that it can prevent 'DOMS', delayed onset of muscle soreness, after exercise. It can also help you to exercise more efficiently.

A monthly massage keeps the body in optimum condition and helps keep you energised and feeling loose. For people that exercise regularly, 3-4 times a week, we would recommend having a sports massage every 2-4 weeks.
Relaxation Massage
Massage helps increase circulation and release of muscle tension. Relieving tense muscles and reducing physical symptoms of stress can help calm the body and improve mood. The relaxation response increases a release of feel-good chemicals in the body, such as endorphins, serotonin and dopamine.
